Pulsatilla

The image of a weepy, hormonal teenager comes up; who does not know what to do with themselves and has wandering pains.

For an infant that is very clingy and weepy. Very emotional and they want to be outside wandering in the fresh air. For car or motion sickness which is better for winding the window down. For conjunctivitis with goopy discharge. For a sore tummy with gas and belching. Dry cough in the evening and night. For emotional issues around menstruation. Think of a “delicate little petal”.

Primary indicated conditions: asthma, bedwetting, colic, common cold, conjunctivitis, cough, cystitis, diarrhoea, earache, fever, German Measles, grief, headaches, hives, impetigo, insomnia, measles, mumps, sinusitis, styes.

  • Conjunctivitis with yellow discharge and inflamed eyelids.
  • Thick mucus from nose in the morning
  • Ear pain and congestion.
  • Dry cough in the evening and night, but loose in the morning. Needs to sit up in bed to get relief from cough.
  • Painful indigestion with rumbling gas, bitter belching and may have heartburn
  • Easily overheated and uncomfortable in the warm
  • Car or motion sickness (better for fresh air)
  • Menstrual complaints: PMS, cramps and hot flashes
  • Weepy, clingy and emotional
  • Temperament and symptoms change very quickly
  • Sensitive and sometimes needy – Cries very easily
